Please select the photo you want to upload. Your image needs to be smaller than 150 kilobytes, and it needs to be a regular JPEG. (Progressive JPEGs won't work, but chances are you won't have to worry about that.)

Also, be sure to crop your photo so that it's exactly 550 pixels wide and 450 pixels high. Leave a little "head room" at the top for best results.
