hi deb, all i found was handcrafted wedding cake toppers. google image family cake topper, i love the family medallian idea. also have you considered the etched acrylic toppers? personally, i think it would be a sentimental touch and cheaper to use a family photo in a new frame that is wedding like. which you can find at wal mart. they are beautiful and small enough. have a wedding date and family’s names on frame or cake. they also have glass frames with family on it. this would work. ot diy. buy a wedding topper you love. take off the bride and groom and sit the small frame inside secured by strong glue. just some ideas!!

If not, I ran across this photo of a bride and groom fishing topper that looks like it was made out of, well … dolls. With articulated arms and legs and some fishing props. Just a possibility that you could easily turn around, gender-wise. But maybe it’s a ‘real’ topper you can get somewhere, not sure. At any rate, it makes me think that some one with craft skillz could make a cute one.
