Either way, the aqua blue wedding (often paired with the most classic of supporting acts, like silver, pearls and creamy roses) is a feast for the imagination ... and the eyes.
How to Plan Your Own Aqua Blue Wedding
Plenty of aqua brides stick to their beloved blue, offset with lots of crisp white and crystal. But many brides accent with more colors. Popular uptown picks include chocolate brown, platinum and soft pastel pink. Beachier combinations include orange, fuchsia or yellow. Fearless brides even pair aqua with red!
This look offers so many choices, you just need to lay claim to yours. Decide whether to "spread the wealth" with faux pearls and seashells, or swarovski crystals and platinum accents, or seashells or giant white ostrich feathers — or some other direction that's all your own.

A classic treatment of aqua calls for a classic flower. It's easy to lose your heart to roses in white, blush or even peach. You could also just use tiffany blue and pair it with white and/or ivory. That’s what we are doing – and everything has been placed together very nicely so far. Wedding is next weekend, so we’ll see. :)

I am doing the exact same wedding colors for my wedding in June 2011, but instead of black, I’m thinking of gray because it’s an outdoor wedding.
I like the apple/lime green combined with aqua/pool blue. Daring, but beautiful…and cool colors that would go with your beach theme.
Since you are doing a beach theme, I think a tropical color like a coral would be beautiful and add some punch that will make your wedding very fashion forward but still fun and elegant. I know that they have a 9.5″ vase as well on there thats just like it only it has an overlay top. I went to our local store and found a 5″ one as well but I did notice that they dont have those as bulks on the website. If you have a local Dollar Tree in your area, you may be able to find those as well. If not, you can let me know how many of the smaller ones you would need and I can always go to our store and see if they have them in stock still. I didn’t know the theme/style/formal,semiformal,casual? simple glass vases or containers covered in fabric with the contrsting ribbon around the base would be cute. Another idea is to buy tiered stands and have your favors double as centerpieces. Or cupcake stands. One idea that is cute is candy centerpieces.
The idea I think I’m going with for a simple blue and brown wedding is this…Didn’t want to go too crazy with the flowers so I am keeping it simple. A pool colored runner going down the middle of the table with small skinny vases with prolly 2 blue daisy’s and 1 white one. A brown ribbon tied around the vases. Then some sort of brown bowl filled with hershey kisses. Then white votive candles in the mix surrounding it… sound cute or not?? lol

I actually have tiffany blue colored wrapping paper – so I can MAKE the boxes myself, I just need to find out WHERE I can find the boxes with lids. Does anyone have any idea where I can find them? We are just going with white tulle, because (to me) it’s so hard to find pool colored tulle that doesn’t clash with my bridesmaids dresses.
As far as ribbon goes, they have the EXACT match at Michael’s (arts and crafts store). We are using David’s Bridal Pool and they have ribbon that matches the color exactly.
Do you happen to know the color of the Ribbon from Michael’s that matches David’s Bridal pool color? I bought Michael’s tiffany blue color ribbon and I’m hoping that is it!

Hey meg. I am getting married on march the 13th and my colors are pool blue (also known as tiffany blue) and chocolate. Go to efavorment.com and you will find sashes runners, and seat covers for cheap. The blue is more of a darker blue but it goes good with the dresses. The flowers ive gotten to far goes well with the sashes and runners so it blend in well! i am also looking for the boxes to make my centerpieces? Where did you find the wrapping paper? The only one I found, the shipping was exspensive. hope this helps!
I found the wrapping paper at Michael’s. Do they have those where you live? It’s about $2.00 per roll and I used about 4 rolls for two 3-tiered boxes. The bottom box was 12×12, the middle box was 10×10… not sure how big the top box was. Sorry. Hope this helps!

I got all my sashes and runners from efavormart and when they came they were a darker aqua. when you put it all together it looks great! The flowers are the same color as the tulle, runners and chair sashes! It actually looks good. When my wedding get here I will Post pictures!
I bought the tiered boxes from Hobby Lobby. I actually bought CAKE boxes (found in the cake decorating section)… they are like $1.78 per box and look awesome.
I bought my chair sashes from WholesaleWeddingChairCovers. The color matches the dresses exactly. I couldn’t have asked for a better matching color.
Only 15 more days to our wedding – so I will post pictures in a couple of weeks.

Faux Fur IVORY size M/L Open Face Jacket. I bought this to wear in photos at my wedding but since we changed the date from February to May I no longer need it. Brand New still in plastic Bag I received it in. I also have a size 24 month Ivory one that our daughter was going to wear and is no longer. Hers zips in the front and has a hood. The shirts came from a small little privately owned suit shop in latonia ky. But… the brand name is Alexander Julian and its under their Dress Shirt & Hand Made Tie Collection. You could probably search for them or search for a local store near you that sells their brand to find them. Good Luck they are really cute in person!

Oh No Way! WOW that is an awesome price!! Congrats on that deal! I got on their website and cant find any mens dress clothing. I guess the website is strickly for womens, coats, and baby stuff. I wish I could return the ones I bought down town and find those, would give me a heck of alot money back for the budget. Thanks for telling us all this! I bet that is where the stock photo came from that I found online of the set then because it was priced way cheaper then we paid for them at the Tuxedo Shop…

I made a board with blue and green. I decided to make it a modernish/vintage combo based on the wedding dress and the table. I fell in love with those simple green apples marching up the table. I could see little white votives in between the apples too. This is such a simple less is more idea that by the use of colors and decor style speaks impact.
