Dreaming of a Dazzling Green Theme Wedding

When you hear people talking about the color green, you hear things like groundedness, growth, connection to the earth. And none of those things are wrong.

But in weddings, green's got a feel all its own, and that feel is fresh, slightly preppy, and above all, modern.

If you're reading this, you've probably found yourself smitten with that look that's unique to the green flower families.

For example: green-tipped hydrangeas and chrysanthemum buttons, green hypericum berries and chartreuse roses, even green anthuriums and callas: they look amazing, and leave you wanting more.

Green Weddings -1 Pink and green's a winning combination that grabs many brides right out of the gate. They're nearly opposites on the color wheel, which makes them deeply satisfying together.

And combined, they have a signature freshness that makes them equally at home in the fun-loving West Coast, deep Deco Miami, or the super-saturated Caribbean.

Green Weddings - 2

And perhaps even more so than all of the above? The preppy East. Especially when in a garden or a great airy tent near the beach, the East Coast wedding seems to be home base for this beguiling combination. Green and pink says "daytime," "cocktail length bridesmaids gowns," and an absolutely charming sense of understated fun.

Green Weddings - 3

Of course, brides have a wealth of choices beyond pink when it comes time to partner up green.

Purple, for example, injects a subtle sense of mystery. So does dialing back from lime green to a more Mediterranean olive. And once you've gone with olive, that invites some super-sophisticated pairings, such as bronze or copper.

Equally beautiful is a shade of green paired with some black and white ... say, a lovely damask or toile.

Green Weddings - 4

And deep chocolate brown makes another gorgeous showcase for green. Its grounded nature takes the green theme well into fall, and — if you want it to — more formal territories. Plus, this combo's easier to adapt to indoor evening affairs.

Sage green, olive green, apple green, sour apple, lime green, hunter, chartreuse ...

... which distinctly gorgeous shade of green are you going with?

Hi! I am getting married July 3, 2011. My fiance’s favorite color is green and he wants to wear hunter green so I am trying to find another shade of green for my bridesmaids that is lighter being that it is Summer. Any ideas on a lighter green that would look great with the hunter green? Thank you!! -Liz :D

    • Stacey@FavorIdeas

      Elizabeth,
It depends on their skin coloring. You could actually go with hunter green for the bm dresses. Then pair lighter summery florals and bouquets with it, it would be breathtaking.

      • Elizabeth

Thank you and not that I disagree but I was hoping to maybe add some pink into the wedding as well, being that is my favorite color. I was thinking about doing pink flowers. I don’t know. What do you think. I think all but one or two of my bridesmaids are darker complected or tan really well and are planning on doing so. I have six bridesmaids. The two that are more of paler skin, one of them tan pretty well as well. Also I am trying to go with a tropical type them but elegant as well if that makes sense. LOL! Also I was hopping to use lillies and orchids. I don’t want it to be like a cheesy luau. :D

    • Stacey@FavorIdeas

      Elizabeth,
Here is a board I made to show you how hunter looks with summery florals.

      • Stacey@FavorIdeas

        Elizabeth,
        * and another with a more destination feel

        And another board I made.

        • Elizabeth

So what color green is that flower in the left corner and the ones on the cake? I really like that as an accent color.

        • Stacey@FavorIdeas

          Elizabeth,
It is a green cymbidium orchid. It ranges in different shades of green from pale green to dark green. This one looks like a pale to spring green. The most common color for this flower.

    Hey Stacy,

I am getting married in aug 2011 and i was thinking about doing the colors in purple and lime green. I have already bought my dress and its more of an ivory color. i dont relly know what will look good. i”ve tried to get ideas online but everything i pull up it doesnt really show anything for purple and green. Please help??

    • Stacey@FavorIdeas

      Jennifer,
      * here are some pics

I always tell the brides do not worry “too” much about the color of their dress. They shoudl wear what compliements their skintone. If a bride has a ivory dress and she is using white-she may consider pulling white and cream roses in a wedding bouquet. Some do this. But it doesnt really matter unless a bride is going for a all white or all ivory wedding, then the shades should be closer in the bridal party and couple.

  4. Kortney

Hi, I am planning a green and brown wedding next september. I love love love the brown suit, white shirt, green tie combination. Can you please tell me where I could possibly get this combination? Also the green car? Thank you so much!
    Kortney

    • Stacey@FavorIdeas

      Kortney,
You should be able to rent the VW beetle, shop around your local autoplexes. For the suit just buy a simple brown suit and add the white shirt with the green tie. You can try your local shops or you can try mens wearhouse. Another great one is jcrew.

      • Kortney

        Stacey,
Could you by chance give me the name of the color of the car and the tie? That is the green I want for my wedding color.
        Thanks!!

        • Stacey@FavorIdeas

          Kortney,
I am not sure about the exact name of paint color used on the car. But the color is more of a metallic olive green on the car and olive on the tie.

  5. megane

hi my wedding dress is green and golden. can u plz advice for the bridesmaid dresses. n the color theme for my wedding. thanx a million

    • Jordan

If it were me, I would have white, black, silver, or some other neutral color to make the dress “pop”. :)

    • stacey@favor ideas

      Megane,
make sure your colors flow well with your overall theme or venue. Also what looks best on their skintone.

  6. Hayley

    Hi,
been reading all the advice it is brilliant! I am the worst decision maker ever so wondered if you had any ideas for my wedding… I am finding it hard to decide on one colour let a lone 3! i didnt realise that you have 3!
My wedding will be in a 12th century church and then…
    My venue is …http://www.courtgardenhouse.co.uk/
    June 2011
My dress will be all white, and my fiance wants a dark grey suit. I want the bridesmaids dresses to be long and the same colour as the mens ties, im really funny about matching which is probably why i am struggling finding 3 colours :)

The colours that I like so far is:
mint green (light green aqua kinda colour)
    pink
    gold
    purple
    Black

any ideas would be much appricated :)

    Thank you
    Hayley

    • Stacey@Favor Ideas

      Hayley,
No you dont have to have 3 colors. I recommend at least two. What about black, white, and mint green or seafoam( which would fit in an older style venue-like the church). I am looking at the curtain in the reception area, could you tell me what color that is? It looks like mint green. Also did you want to keep the colors soft or bolder?
      * look thru this site

    Hi
I’m not getting married until May 2012, but already have the colour I want ‘Hunter Green’ for the bridesmaid dresses it’s a bit dark for a May wedding, so was thinking of having sashes in a lighter colour-what would you suggest?

    Thanks

    • Stacey@Favor Ideas

      Sarah,
I like the hunter green. What is your color scheme? You could do the lighter colors in the bouquets or a sash.

      • Sarah

Well My H2B is wearing a Green red and black tie. This is where the Hunter green came from as I didnt want red or black bridesmaid dresses. Do you know if you could put a lighter green with Hunter green?

        Sarah

        • Stacey@Favor Ideas

          Sarah,
Could you post a pic to the tie?
I am thinking lighter green with hunter green sashes would look great. What about the florals did you want bright or lighter colors? With these colors you have to be careful so it wont look holidayish. ;)

        • Sarah

Hiya, I have so many ideas for flowers, but I dont want to clash. I had seen a beautiful poppy bouquet that i liked the idea of for me, but could this work with green bridesmaids?
Here’s a link to the tie, it looks quite orange online but it is red.

          Thanks

          Sarah

        • Stacey@Favor Ideas

          Sarah,
Okay. You said poppies and look what I found! How adorable is this wedding?!!?
          * here
          * or the top wedding here, look at the colors.
I put shades of pinks, reds, yellows and it fit so well with the hunter green and the tie. The florals was enough to keep the hunter from being to dark, instead making it look very beautiful.

        • Stacey@Favor Ideas

          Sarah,
Made you a board. Let me know if you like this. I thought the reds with pink shades and the touch of purple ( fillers) really complimented.

        • Sarah

          Hi
I love it, I am definately going to go for Red flowers I think with the hints of other colours as you’ve demonstrated. You’ve been such a help I really appreciate it.

          Sarah

        • Stacey@FavorIdeas

          Sarah,
I am so glad you like it. I thought it really worked with the tie and didn’t look holidayish with the touches of purple and blended shades of pink with the red. Wishing you the best! :D

  8. Cindy

Hello, I am in desperate need for help. I am getting married in October don’t have much time to second guess and play around with colors so need help. I am gettiing married in the botanical gardens, btu teh reception is in another palce indoors. Initially I was planning on goign with an orange/green/white or ivory color scheme, but the venue has a mural with green trees and blue skys, sorta like a landscape). I dont knwo what to do. How do I tie these colors or should i change them and go with teh blue/green combo. Since it is in the fall, how do I combine these. Please help.

    • Stacey@Favor Ideas

      Cindy,
Can I get a link or pic to the venue? You dont have to go with seasonal colors. Go with what you love and what is best for the venue. Usually I would say look to the gardens and see what is in bloom( colors) and compliment it or use one shade. The colors that pop in myhead is a simple green and white. it will go with both venues and you can choose a elegant subtle green. If you wanted to add some fall items -then white pumpkins with white and green florals and votives would be beautiful. you could put the girls in simple black, navy, or a neutral color or a green. Since your getting married in October the more simple to plan the better.

        Cindy,
        * anna and brian silverado wedding the knot

This is what I am thinking. it would be super stunning. Green and white is one of the most VERSATILE color schemes out there.

      • Hi Stacy,
yes simple is what I need. I don’t know what colors, I love bright colors, but also haev a romantic side, and that is how my dress is. I would like to incirporate some fall ideas since our invitations does state somethin about the leaves changing. I am just panickign and running out of time.
        http://www.dantecaterers.com/HTML/starlight.html
that is the link for the venue, Tell me what you think.
Also need ideas for centerpieces that are affordable and very easy to make due to time restraints. Please help.
we were thinking of collecting leaves and placing them alogn the aisle runner, but at that time we were thinking orangish color leaves, would that still work with green and white. What color of green do you suggest??

        • Stacey@Favor Ideas

          Cindy,
Why not go entirely with fall leaves theme? Simple leaves in urns or vases would be stunning not to mention simple. I would add colors like the peachy orange all the way to purple/mauve tinted leaves. It would set well in this venue. You could even add fall berries to the mix. That way you could leave the flowers to the bouquets( add leaves there as well).
          * look at this, very romantic using nothing but fall leaves and candles. Add some ( not to bright) orange leaves to make it pop better

        • Stacey@Favor Ideas

          Cindy,
So would any of these. The reason I chose the leaves and berries is the theme of the room with the mural and the statues. Imagine fall in the mural garden. It would have the feel of these pics. You could go creamy florals with votives and greenery OR the colored fall leaves with votives and coppery reddish orange roses( just a few though). :D

        • Hi Stacey,
here is the link for the botanical, gardens, forgot to include it http://www.queensbotanical.org/about/weddings
you can’t rally see much, but there will be flowers on october 1st. I really wanted to have orange/navy blue, but o don’t think that it would work and woudl be hard to pull off. thanks for your input for centerpieces, so do you think white/green combo would be the easiest and simple, if I do this, the girls should be in green (light? sage? kelly?, hunter?) and the MOH in what colors (sorry don’t like black, what about navy blue would htat be pushing it? , if I so the fall leaves one what would the colors be, how would i have the bridal court attire. Is it true that my mother and future mother in law also have to wear the same color scheme? Please help.

        • Stacey@Favor Ideas

          Cindy,
Just got done checking out how the garden look in the fall. They will have fall foliage, oranges, some crimsons, etc. ALso I missed the urn pic with orange flowers in the starlight room. I looked at the green and white and it just doesnt stand out that well with the venue. I think I would go with the navy and orange, but stick with a creamy shade of orange not a bright orange, evenmix it with peach or golden yellow. it will be beautiful. Fo rthe fall leaves add touches of natural looking fall leaves ( not bright orange that will be to much) maybe subtle shades. Use simple white napkins not a bright color. Look at the bouquet I posted, it has touches of green only which is perfect. I paired it with your reception area and this shade really works. I HAD to find a orange color that worked since you loved it so much. The mothers should wear something neutral and perfect for their skintones. Shades of brown, rose, champagne, etc.

        • Stacey@Favor Ideas

          Cindy,
          More pics….
          * here is the real wedding.
Pay attention to just the bouquets and centerpieces. Those colors would go so beautifully with both venues and will pull the orange out in the fall foliage in the gardens. Again I would go subtle with the fall leaves to maybe a couple urns full of fall branches, aisle leaves, and flowers in the bouquets. With an already gorgeous setting, less is more. But yes!! Go with the navy/orange! Not the green/white. If you use green and white it will fade in the background of the reception room, since the carpet is a bolder color. Subtle yet not overpowering. Make it romantic with lots of white votives and dimming the lights. I hope you love the pics I posted! :D Sorry I didn’t find these pics sooner! :peaceout:

        • Cindy

          hi stacey,
thx for all your info and pics. you have reaLLY been very helpful and thx you. if i go twith orange/navy I’, confused fror the attire, should the girls wear orange/peachy and teh MOH wear a darker/lighter shade of it white the men wear navy blue tuxes? also, i have attached a picture that i found pf a garden with leaves on teh ground. that is what i’m thinking with teh exception of some little more color in the leaves (not just brown and green), would I be able to use navy/blue to achieve that look. also, I was looking through online and what about if I do a white wedding white on white but a little color, the BM with a either champagne, taupe, copper maybe for the leaves ( i dunno), guys in black? (i’m not sure) flowers in different shades of white with just te green stem? i supose? tell me what you think about htis. I love your idea of putting the leaves in vases ( i was thinking of using food-apples when u mentioned the green/white combo, but since it teh invites mention teh changing of the leaves it would be best to put the leaves in teh urns. let me know your thoughts on this?

        • Stacey@FavorIdeas

          Cindy,
Made you a couple of boards. Let me know if you like either of these. ;) I think both styles could work well. One thing I forgot to mention if your wedding is in the evening and lights will be dim the blue in the carpet can appear a grayish color, receding into the room, which is actually a plus. That is why i picked the royal blue bm dress cause it shows up well. The board with the champagnes/whites/fall leaves would work well too, using lots of candlelight it would be super romantic.

        • Cindy

thank you for the boards, I;m not sure which one I like more now. the ceremony is in the afternoon at 2 and the reception in the evening. for the groomen atire is black the best color, or should brown/mocha/tan whichever color work out better?

        • Stacey@FavorIdeas

          Cindy,
I would go with what looks best on the guys. Taupe will definitely work! If the wedding is more on the informal side taupe is great but if it will be more on the formal side I would stick with black. It also depends on the color of dresses you choose for the girls.

  9. Ashley

I am getting married in the Spring. My wedding will be taking place outside and the reception will be inside- at the same location. I have included a picture of both sites. I really want to use green in my color scheme but not sure what other colors to add to it. I thought about choc brown but when I could not come up with any ideas for flowers, centerpieces or decor I decided to think of another color that would possibly make the details easier. Please help! Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!

  10. Nic

im getting married in early feb next year. my bridesmaid dresses are a sage green. i would like to bring in another colour to my theme, and was thinking pink. i have pink and green stripes and polka dots in my head as a common theme. any suggestions to pull it all together

    • Stacey@FavorIdeas
        • nic

thank you, do u think i should go with this colour scheme or would green, white and black be better? the bridesmaids are in sage green, with black sash and the men are in charcoal suits with green tie to match? im just unsure of which theme to go with due to the date of the wedding??
          thank you :?

        • Stacey@FavorIdeas

          Nic,
Black, white, green looks very very nice together.
          * some pics
          * wasnt sure if you d likethis but here is a touch of pink added.

        • Stacey@FavorIdeas

          Nic,
After looking at the pics, let me know what you like or if you are still going with polka dots? If you are going with black white green, then I would have the guys in black with sage ties and girls in green. it will have a flowing look to the eye. Then have all white or white/green flowers with black and white polka dot ribbon. Would look really good together! :D

        • Stacey@FavorIdeas

          Nic,
Oh yeah! How cute would the flower girl be wearing white with black and white polka dot sash or black with a green and white polka dot sash.

        • nic

hey, i dont mind if its not polka dots, maybe something more elegant like butterflies or something like that. after looking at the links you sent, i think i will go for green, black and white instead of the pink, green and white, simply because its early feb and its more wintery, so the green, black white combo will compliment it better. thank you for all your help and if you have anymore ideas, let me know :D

        • nic

          Hey Stacey,
I haven’t been on the ball this past month or so, and need to get in gear!!!! I have made my own invites, they are black and white, and very elegant. I left out the green so as not to give anything away!!! I think the bridesmaids will wear a shimmery black bracelet and corsage on their wrist instead of a boquet, as it looks nice as well as saves money. i bought a selection of tall green, black and white glass vases to use as centrepieces, do u have any ideas what would be nice in them?? would sprayed twigs/branches be nice?? i love fresh flowers, but im trying to keep down the cost. also, i love the idea of an apple to hold place name cards. were can i get artificial ones??i live in the uk… do you have any other ideas for the reception area…. ;) thanks in advance.

        • Stacey@FavorIdeas

          nic,
Oh I think the sprayed branches would look nice. I think white would work best. That way it would pop! You could even do some black in the white vase. I am not sure where you can get the apples in the uk. I would try craft stores. If you cant find apples why not use real ones?

Hi Stacey, I am getting married in August and originally was going with a burgundy, orange and gold color scheme. Just this week I decided that I really didn’t like the colors together for a summer wedding. (i knew all along that it was definitely more fall-y but it was what I wanted so I went with it) My girls have beautiful burgundy, wine-colored dresses and I am now thinking of taking the orange out completely and making the color scheme more summery by adding a bright pink and a green. What do you think about burgundy, bright pink, green and silver for a summer wedding?

  14. Liz

Hi! I’m getting married at the end of next May and I saw a lot of the other color boards that you’ve made and they are gorgeous! Our wedding color idea is blue, green and white but we are having trouble picking shades. I was thinking more along the lines of a more sea green and he likes sky blue. Do you have any ideas??

    • Stacey@FavorIdeas

      Liz,
Where will you be getting married/venue? And the bridesmaids color? If i know the details i can find you the right ideas!

      • Liz

We are planning on getting married outside by a lake. It’s more like a reservoir, so the water has a greenish cast to it and there is a lot of greenery around the area. The bridesmaid color will be sky blue to match the groomsmen’s vests, but we just wanted to throw a little green in somewhere to tie it to our surroundings. If we should have to move indoors, the church we would be in has a light tan and blue color scheme, so green wouldn’t work quite as well there.

        • Stacey@FavorIdeas

          Liz,
I think in this case you could just add green in the greenery or the flowers like using orchids.
          * like in these bouquets

with just accents of green it will still go with the inside too. Green is a natural accent in nature so in greenery or flowers it be ideal. or you could go with green crystal or rhinestone brooches, even wrap double or a patterned ribbons onto the bouquets. Just to pull in a dash of green.
          * another example

        • Stacey@FavorIdeas

          Liz,
Like in this board I made for you. See how the greenery or green hydrangea etc. will add the green your after.

I’m getting married in three months and i’m having issues with my color scheme. I’m thinking olive green and champagne. Will that work? thanks!!

  16. Alexandra

I’m having my wedding in June of 2011 and I fell in love with the color olivine at David’s Bridal. But am conflicted as to what colors would go well with it. Its obviously a summer wedding, all indoors and evening. So the color itself will work, but I do not want to have another dark color, such as eggplant with it. I was thinking that either wine or sangria, with champagne/cream accents would look nice. Any suggestions?

    • Stacey@FavorIdeas

      Alexandra,
I like wine and sangria but I think doing olivine with champagne alone would be amazing. Lighter colors show up at night. Anything in the purples can look black, while colors like blues or lavenders can fade to grey. Once the guys are in their black tuxes? with the girls in olivine and you pair lots of white or vanilla blooms it will be just amazing. Would be happy to check out the venue link or posted pic to see! Talk to ya soon!

      • Lisa

I was wondering how Sage Green, Ocean Blue, Chocolate Brown and Ivory/Cream would look together…I originally had all of the above colors, minus Sage Green…but decided that I really like the green and wanted to add it in….any ideas/suggestions? Would these colors work?

        TIA

  17. Cassandra

I’m a little lost on this site, and about wedding in general. I’m 40 and getting married for the first time next year. I feel too mature for a lot of dress styles, so I’m having one made that I designed. The dress will be some kind of blend of sea green and gold. That leaves me confused as to the bridesmaid dresses…

The colors I’m liking are deeper shades of gold, various shades of green, and possibly some splashes of orange in the flower arrangements etc. I haven’t found any examples and have no idea how to find them…

    Help?

    • Stacey@FavorIdeas

      Cassandra,
What shade are you using in the sea green? will it be more on the aqua side or the deeper side?

On the google results different companies have “their sea green color” and I just wanted to make sure first. Also when is your wedding date and what type of wedding do you want? elegant, romantic, modern, outdoors, theme?

      • Cassandra

Thanks for those links – lots of pretty colors there. My wedding is next year – and I haven’t settled on May, June, or July. I know my color choice favors a wedding near water, but we live in Utah and it’s an outdoor mountain setting my fiance would like. Not rustic – we do have resorts to make the event still classy – but the mountains just before sunset does sound nice. Anyway, I’m afraid of blending in with the greenery with my color choice, but I’m just really stuck on making sea green work. I waited this long to marry, so I want my color of choice darnit, lol. Maybe I could make gold the main color and highlight with the sea green?

I’m more into the olive-y side of sea green grading up to pale gold/yellow. Not the style in the link below, but some kind of version of those colors. Is this making any sense?

i want to do sage {pal pastel green} should i do another color with it?

    Stacey,

I am getting married sometime next year…so I have time! I am just super organized, and can’t stand doing things at the last minute!! My fiance got me a green diamond ring (green of our favorite color!) so I definetely want to have an emerald or kelly green as the primary color. We both wanted the color to have good symbolism, and green symbolized growth, and renewal, so I think it is perfect! I am thinking that if we go with green (which we probably will) we would like either a yellow (sunflower???) or a saphire to aqua blue. I just don’t know where to go with this, and thought I would ask your opinion! I would love to see some examples of this, but have been looking online, and not found really anything with the yellow, and actually very few things with the emerald or kelly green, mostly bright greens! Thanks!!

    • Stacey@FavorIdeas

      Angela,
What color is your venue? I love both color schemes. If your going for a symbolism,
      Yellow is a happy color.
Blue is a soothing color and when paired with green it is very tranquil and flowing.
It actually depends on where you look at the meaning between traditional meanings or feng shui. In feng shui blue and yellow are considered bad luck while blue and green are perfect together( this combo feng shui meaning: prosperity, good health, growth). Blue is one of the oldest colors used in weddings.
      * here are the meanings

        • Angela

I really like the yellow and green, and the blues with the green. I do have one other idea, but I am not really sure whether it would look good or not. I have seen a lot of green and pink weddings, and it is really pretty. My fiance and I were going over the meanings of colors recently, and saw in a few different places that the symbolism of pink is sort of what we were looking for- promotes feelings of caring, love, acceptance, self-worth, friendliness, tenerness, and fun loving. This suits us. We met almost 7 years ago in high school, and have been dating ever since, so we have a lot of fun!! The problem I am having is that we don’t want a bright green, we want a kelly or emerald type of green. How would this look with pink? Would it be too much? Thank you so much!!

        • Angela

That is very pretty! I really love the idea of the pinks and greens…but just remembered that was the colors of my cousins wedding a few years back…so I am a little unsure. I am open to suggestions, what would go well with the kelly or emerald greens, that would say fun loving, out going, happy…etc? Thanks again! ! !

        • Stacey@FavorIdeas

          Angela,
Why not have a base of the green and white and add wildlflowers. Just a mix of garden and wildflower types like you picked them from a garden fresh the morning of your wedding. Nothing says happy and fun like those types flowers.

        • Stacey@FavorIdeas

          Angela,
Actally another suggestion would be using a green and white palette just making the centerpeices etc. whimsical. You said you really like the yellow and green. That would be a great palette cause you could go lemon and lime style.
          * like this great wedding
( this has got to be one of the best weddings i have ever seen)

        • Angela

Sorry, I spaced off your question about the venue! It will probably be an outdoor wedding, and if indoors most of the places around here that we have seen are a cream or ivory wall base…pretty easy to work with! My sister is getting married in a few weeks, so we have seen all the places. We live in a small town…so there aren’t that many! Thanks again.

          Angela,
Here is a mood board I made for you.

    Hi Stacy,

I really really need your help… Our reception venue is in Yellow and white.

Could you please advise what colors would match? I was planning to have green and cream. What do you think??

    Thanks so much

    Thanks!!

    • Stacey@FavorIdeas

      Sandy,
I think green would work very well. I don’t know if I would use the cream. Could I see a link or pic of the venue to make sure?

    Hi Stacy,

I am at a loss regarding a color scheme. Our reception venue is in burgundy and gold: burgundy chairs with gold rim, burgundy napkins and ivory/gold damask table cloth.

Could you please advise what colors would match?

    Thanks!!

Hello! I have found this site to very helpful in finding my wedding colors and helping me stay true to the colors when everyone tells me it’s too plain. I’m planning a 5/29/10 garden-themed wedding with the colors of a light spring green, different shades of white and little hints of red/bugundy. The ceremony is in my parents garden. I wanted to make it feel a bit more spring-like and add peach to the bouquets and reception flowers. The bm are wearing charcoal gray dresses with a light green sash. Should I stick to my green/white/red theme or add the peach? How can I incorporate these colors into the reception and keep with the “indoor garden” theme?
    Thank you! – Kim
